Design, plan and coordinate deployment of solutions to streamline supply chain flow, reducing costs and improving service levels. Act as interface between Suppliers, Operational teams and ICT, analyzing requirements, verifying solutions quality and timeliness.

• Implemented a full transport service level monitoring solution providing daily visibility of final distribution performance, enabling on-time metrics by 10%
• Supported the launch of a new warehouse management system on several sites in Europe, leading to higher productivity (+5%) and quality metrics.
• Coordinated the project to replace current forecasting & planning functionalities with a new global solution.

Operational responsibility for warehouse inbound flows for all EMEA markets

• Deployed new warehouse processes and performance measuring tools

• Took key role in Flow & Process re-engineering projects: Insourcing receiving and packaging activities, warehouse re-design.

Jul 2008 – CNH Industrial – Inventory Manager Europe

Responsibility of Europe spare parts inventory (600 m$, 600K stocked PNs, 5 warehouses): material availability, turn-rate and obsolescence.

• Led of a team of 10 inventory analysts across two countries
• Drove Inventory Reduction Projects (~60m$ - 10% inventory reduction achieved in 2009 & 2010)
